LAS VEGAS, NV, May 30, 2025 – The 7th WCH Royal Summit, a prestigious international gathering, concluded its two-day event with resounding success on May 28, 2025. Organized by We Care for Humanity (WCH), the Royal Maharlika, and the Sultanate of Maguindanao, in collaboration with the Philippine Honorary Consulate in Las Vegas, the summit brought together a distinguished assembly of global leaders at the Gold Coast Hotel & Casino to champion peace, unity, and humanitarian causes. Convened by WCH Founder Maha Putri Mariam Leonor Torres Mastura, the event was a monumental success.

The summit was graced by the presence of esteemed Chief Guests who provided invaluable insights and leadership throughout the event:

  • His Royal Highness Constantine Butamanya Mwogezi, King of Buruuli Kingdom and Chairman of the Uganda Kings and Cultural Leaders’ Forum.
  • His Holiness Rigzin Dorjee Rinpoche, the Founder and Head of Nyingma Institute in Gangtok Sikkim, India.
  • Honorable Bella Aurora Belmonte, the Philippine Honorary Consul of Las Vegas.

The summit culminated in a grand Dinner Gala, celebrating individuals and organizations for their extraordinary contributions to society.

Honorees and Award Recipients

The gala’s centerpiece was the recognition of remarkable individuals across several prestigious categories:

  • Knights of the Royal Maharlika: New Knights were inducted into this noble order of “Protectors of the Earth, dedicated Peace-builders, and visionary Change-Makers”. The honorees and their distinctive awards are:
    • HRH King Jude Michael Mudoma – Royal Legacy Award for Cultural Stewardship.
    • Hon. Senator Maya Olivia Rumantir – Dignitary Woman of Asia.
    • Hon. Senator Karen Njeri Nyamu – Dignitary Woman of Africa.
    • Dr. Nem Singh Premi – Human Rights Hero.
    • Shri Gopal Krishan Bansal – Guardian of Justice.
    • Ms. Gloria Caoile – Community Champion Excellence Award.
  • Royal Maharlika Investiture: New Cabinet Members were formally appointed to strengthen diplomatic ties. The new appointees are:
    • Huynh Tiêu Huong.
    • Hui “Lola” Smollen.
  • WCH Medal of Honor and Valor: This award was presented to the United States National Reserve Corps (USNRC), an all-volunteer reserve military association that supports emergency management during disasters.
  • WCH Himalaya Peace Award: This award recognized two individuals for their profound contributions to peace and compassionate service. The recipients are:
    • Most Venerable Abbot Thich Giac Hanh.
    • His Holiness Rigzin Dorjee Rinpoche.
  • Men and Women of the Year: This recognition honors individuals for their philanthropic qualities and leadership. The 2025 honorees are:
    • Women of the Year: Ms. Ho Kim Don, Ms. Luzviminda Sapin Micabalo, Dr. Rosabella Doan Thi Kim Hong, Ms. Luz Tilda Prill, Miaohong Hanson, Armani “Duomi” Cilanci, Dr. Marilou Oro, DNP, MBA, and Yan “Leah” Halama.
    • Men of the Year: Mr. Leo Belmonte and Mr. Axel Jason Mapanao Galvez.
